The name of the Association is Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya Alumni Association (KAVAA), hereinafter referred to as “The Association”.

• The Registered office of the Association is Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya, a Private University of Assam at Nasatra, Barpeta, Assam, PIN: 781307
• The calendar year of The Association starts from 1st April of every year and deemed to complete on 31st March of the succeeding year.

The prime concerns of the Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya Alumni Association (KAVAA) are associated with the maintenance and strengthening the connection between the institution and its graduates, postgraduates for fostering a sense of community and belongingness. All the concerns cover up the activities such as - providing networking opportunities, supporting current students, and encouraging alumni to give back to the university through philanthropic and other forms of engagement. The specifications of the objectives cover up the undermentioned:
